Bonjour à tous les membres du Forum Australie.com,

Je m’appelle Julien et je vis en Andorre et j’aimerais vous présenter mon site internet qui a pour but de regrouper des locations francophones partout sur le globe et il est difficile de me faire connaitre. Voici pourquoi j’ai décidé de vous présenter mon concept, je cherche tout type de location allant du simple lit, à un appartement ou une maison…

J’aimerais faire découvrir mon site http://www.location-francophone.com mais aussi mes différents réseaux sociaux aux francophones vivant en Australie, donc, si vous avez des proches qui s’expriment en français ou bien encore qui l’étudient et qui veulent louer leur hébergement ou bien encore qu’ils souhaitent voyager en français, n’hésitez pas à leur partager mon lien ! ;)

Pour les propriétaires, le dépôt de l’annonce et la mise en relation avec les clients sont totalement gratuits.

We are an Aussie couple . We are in Sydney south West - Ambarvale.

The "large" room can accommodate up to 5 people :

Adjacent to the room, you will find a WC, shower, laundry with washing machine & clothes dryer, a compact kitchen with 4 gas burners BBQ, a large gas burner and 4 standard gas burners, a double sink,Fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster...
We also have camping site from A$18/1 pers/night & $21/1 pers/night.
We also have another smaller room in our house for A$35/1 pers/night - A$55/2pers/night.

Breakfast-continental is included in all rooms rate ( tea/coffee, toasts, jams).

All utilities included, free wireless unlimited internet connection available.
CCTV security system recording all external activities for security and insurance purpose.
2 Security dogs on premises.
large backyard with toys for toddlers to play. (Kids need to be supervised by an adult at all time) .

We are located in Ambarvale NSW 2560, on Macarthur train line near Campbelltown , it s about 50 mn by train from Sydney CBD via direct express , fare is $10.60. We have a bus stop with bus to Campbelltown trains/bus station as well as Macarthur square trains/bus stations. it take about 10 mn to/from the train station to "our" bus stop.
We have a huge shopping centre 2 mn away" www.macarthursquare.com.au"
We have 2 large hospitals 2 mn away as well, 1 public, 1 private
* a traveling tip: if you intend to visit Sydney all around, we suggest you get an "opal card", which will help you cap your daily travel expenses to only A$15 for all your daily travel in buses, trains, ferries, light rails. An excellent way to save lots of your $$$.

Access to the property is via a side gate (a set of keys for all doors provided on arrival).
You access your room via the backyard , the WC, shower,laundry and open kitchen are situated just outside your room. The whole backyard is a share area for you and the other people living there , you are welcome to relax there, under the tree lights, chat with others etc , and as a rule the last one going to bed turns off all the lights and turn off all gas bottles if gas heater/stove/bbq were used - see description

Vince, the owner stay at home and will be happy to help you with any info needed or he could organise a driver and car for your trips around with 7 days notice, to the beach, the mountains, attraction parks, camping in the outback, fossicking (looking for gold/gems using detector or pans etc...)

one thing to note
Where to get you food & drinks supplies?
Well there are several local shops within easy walking distance, for your convenience, we have marked a map with their locations, it's kept with your info pack, in folder at the back of your bedroom door and on the wall of the laundry area too.

house rules
- To ensure a pleasant stay for all people living there we have a policy of no visitors at any time on the property. This ensure the privacy, safety & security of all as well as a requirement for insurance purpose.
A copy of either Australian driver license or passport will be needed for each adult guests on arrival ( legal requirement).
- Otherwise, leave the area the way you found it, nice and tidy. Report any damages asap, our emergency contact numbers are listed behind the bedroom door as well as your emergency exit plan, First aid book for perusal in case of need.
- When coming in or going out just keep a look for the dogs as they sometimes want to exit the premises, which of course is not allowed.

neighborhood overview
We are located opposite a reserve and near several parks and recreation areas(excellent) for kids. This also allow plenty of wild life to visit our backyard/trees.
The are is a very quiet area, friendly neighbours, and pretty safe otherwise (we are in the GOOD part of Campbelltown ;-), just a stroll away from Glen Alpine which is Campbelltown upmarket area, and only 10/20 minutes walk from the mega shopping centre www.macarthursquare.com.au - You will find anything and everything you want there as well as plenty of entertainment , shopping till you drop, plenty of eateries too.

getting around
The nearest bus stop is located on Copperfield drive just before the corner street with Cleaver place and as buses 887 & 888 servicing it. from there you cross the street down to Barnaby place and walk straight down , cross the small reserve and you will reach Boythorn avenue, just walk hundreds meters or so upward the hill and you will see our house on 25 Boythorn avenue.
To go back to the Campbelltown train/bus station or to go to Macarthur square by bus you just go back to copperfield drive and wait for the bus on the right of the corner with barnaby place.
From Macarthur square and Campbelltown station you will be able to go anywhere you want.
Otherwise you can call a taxi to take you to Campbelltown station for A$20/25 for 1 person. local taxi number we use:

To rent a car, there are two car rental offices next to each other 5 minutes walk from Campbelltown station,one is thrifty car rental :23 Queen Street

Concept très indispensable surtout pour moi. Je pense visiter l'Australie prochainement et je suis à la recherche de maison d'hôtes ou bien des chambres à la française :France: :D
